Paul McElearney is a strategic advisor to Coopersmith Law + Strategy for global investment, business strategy, and public policy, as well as European Union and MENA policy and partnerships.

Paul was a former senior executive at the Clinton Global Initiative, where he developed partnerships for the Clinton Foundation around the world. He has been a leader in generating investment in energy, environmental, and technology projects and companies in Asia and MENA. He has worked closely with the European Union on global development strategies. Paul is a founding member of Aegis Health Analytics, which is devoted to improving population health and public health preparedness. Paul’s global network of relationships has enabled him to resolve complex business and policy disputes for clients worldwide.

Paul is based in New York and Dublin.
