Unsettled times present unparalleled opportunities.

Overview

We live in an era of fundamental, sometimes unpredictable, change. New technologies, decarbonization, and social movements are transforming industries of all stripes. Governments and policymakers are working hard to keep up. Amidst the uncertainty, forward-thinking companies are building profitable, sustainable businesses faster than ever. Today, nimble, proactive, and well-informed organizations have the chance to expand their existing lines of business and gain traction in new markets.

Our team of industry leaders, senior executives, and policy experts have the knowledge, operating experience, and relationships that companies need to thrive in this new reality. CLS’s broad network of resources provides you with the information and context needed to surmount competitive challenges and craft resilient strategies. We have access to commercial intelligence in major markets, and up-to-the minute insight into the voice of the customer and the mind of the regulator.

We are seasoned practitioners who have stood in your shoes, and we strive to be the kind of trusted partners we always wanted. We provide the judgment, responsiveness, and discretion that you deserve.

Our organization hired Coopersmith Law + Strategy to help us in large, complex negotiations where we had everything on the line. We were very pleased with the pace of the work and the outcome. CLS took the time to assess our needs and leveraged their knowledge to deliver on all our major objectives.
