Our name has “Strategy” in it for a reason—we have never been a conventional law firm.

Overview

We don’t think the best decisions are made by just having a lot of smart lawyers talking amongst themselves.

Our lawyers are part of a larger team, working side by side with our experts in industry, policy, and technology. We deliver timely, actionable, real world insight based not on the structure of a typical law firm but on the operating environment of the client: our recommendations reflect the reality of the client’s internal dynamics, financing, customers, and competition.

Clients embrace our approach. We have no marketing budget. We only have devoted clients who keep coming back and keep recommending us to others.
