Michael Garrett, MS, CCM, CVE, BCPA
Michael Garrett, MS, CCM, CVE, BCPA has more than forty years of experience consulting on clinical management programs, working with purchasers, doing benefit design, optimizing clinical performance and outcomes, and leading efforts to identity health disparities and enhance health equity. Most recently he served as a former Principal in the Total Health Management specialty practice at Mercer, a global human resources consulting organization. His experience includes an array of health and benefit programs (i.e., health plans, disability carriers, workers; compensation, employee assistance programs, and digital health solutions). For the last five years, Michael’s area of focus was in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and health equity, where he led regional and national initiatives on these topics.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and religious studies from Gonzaga University, and a Master of Science in clinical psychology from the University of Idaho. Michael is board certified in case management, vocational evaluation, and patient advocacy.
