Gender + Racial Equity

Gender and racial equity: the right thing to do and the smart thing, too.

Overview

Gender and racial equity produce better decision-making, better leadership, better values and better results.

Being a values-driven organization builds loyalty to an organization and a brand, from stakeholders across the board: employees, investors, customers, funders, and member organizations.

The CLS gender and racial equity team has decades of experience leading equity initiatives in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. We help organizations of all sizes and types, with a particular passion for gender and racial equity in technology companies and in technology tools like artificial intelligence and machine learning.

For many of our advisors, equity has been the through-thread of their entire personal and professional lives. For CLS, equity is not just our vision; it’s our practice. It’s how we operate and live our values, every day.

We have the research, relationships & real-world experience that is needed to turn aspiration into reality.
